Before 1948 a pickup was just thought of as something to haul things, but the F-1 changed the whole perception in the pickup market. The Ford F-1 was the building block in making the pickup the work horse of America. Resulting in Ford having an instant hit that has not faltered to this day.<br>This 1951 Ford F-100 has been painstakingly restored. Painted in period green with a red/gray vinyl interior. Black running boards, period black steel wheels mounted on bias-ply wide whitewall tires, moon wheel covers, dual outside mirrors and wood bed make this 1951 Ford pickup one attractive show piece. An AM/FM radio and seatbelts have been added comfort features.
