This #2400 Compote with steel plate etch #280, Trojan, is a fine example of elegance in high quality glass marketed to the world. This piece was made in1929-1936 when America workers took great pride in their workmanship.
It stands almost 4 3/4 inches tall and is 6 1/4 inches wide compote.
Great form and function is one of the reasons we find so much Fostoria given as wedding presents starting a life long collection that was passed down to the next generation of family and collectors. There are two compotes being sold each. If you buy both, they are discounted 25% each. So buy more and save more.
