    Description

    GERMAN BEER STEIN
    This is a nice old pottery stein from Germany.
    It has an embossed design of German musicians playing their instruments in the town square.
    It has German writing embossed on the sides that roughly translates to
    "At the end of the day, one blasts the horn, one blasts the flute and the third blasts the trumpet."
    The colors are green and brown with a black background.
    The pottery is a cream color.
    The stein had a hinged pewter lid, but as you can see in the photos it is missing.

    It is stamped GERMANY on the bottom with a logo within a triangle.
    It has the number  629 embossed into the bottom.
    It measures 7" tall and measures 2-3/4" at the top and 3-3/4" diameter at the base.
