    Description

    This listing is for an antique Wheelock souvenir plate. The image is like an old postcard featuring the "Orleans Mass. Life Saving Station". They were pre coast guard and were stationed to help endangered ships and crews. There is still one in existence along tha Massachusetts coast. It dates to about 1910. I could not find another on line. It is in good condition with a small chip and a 1/4" line that appears to be a factory flaw. The background paint and gold trim slightly covers it. It measures 7 1/2" in dia. This could be a great addition to your collection thank you for looking.
